2A! had the honor of working on the animated intro for Battle Chasers Nightwar!
Battle Chasers Nightwar is a role playing game (RPG) featuring the characters from the hit comic book series Battle Chasers, created by Joe Madureira. The game features deep dungeon diving, turn-based combat, and a rich story driven by exploration of the world.
"The Gathering" is the animated intro created by our friends at Powerhouse Animation, who asked us if we'd like to help out by inking and painting some of their amazing animation. Seeing how Battle Chasers was one of our favorite comic books, we jumped at the chance!
2A! lent our ink and paint skills to the following shots...
- 20 to 22 seconds: Gully's Run / Slide / Jump
- 48 to 50 seconds: Skeletons & Werewolves
We can't wait to play the game, which is being released on October 3rd!
